Partnership HealthPlan of California

Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) is a nonprofit community-based health care organization that contracts with the state to administer Medi-Cal benefits through local care providers to ensure Medi-Cal recipients have access to high-quality comprehensive cost-effective health care. PHC provides quality health care to approximately 550,000 individuals. Beginning in Solano County in 1994, PHC now provides services to 14 Northern California counties - Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Trinity and Yolo.

North Coast Clinics Network

The North Coast Clinics Network (NCCN) is a network of community clinics and health centers working to promote the health and well-being of the communities in rural, Northern California. NCCN’s members and partners work together to expand access to quality health care – including physical, mental health, and dental care – and improve health outcomes for all people, regardless of their ability to pay.

First 5 Humboldt

First 5 Humboldt, together with families and communities, promotes comprehensive, integrated systems of services for early childhood development in order to foster secure, healthy and loving children eager to learn and develop their full potential.

Humboldt County Health and Human Services

Public Health is engaged in a broad range of activities designed to promote good health. We are here for everyone, from individuals and families to the community as a whole. The Public Health Clinic offers a variety of services, including adult, travel, and child immunizations.

Humboldt Independent Practice Association

Since 1995 the Humboldt IPA has partnered in delivering quality health care in Humboldt County. The Humboldt IPA provides leadership in working with health plans and health care providers to ensure that medical care is provided in a manner that enhances the public health and promotes access to quality care. Fostering local accountability while providing appropriate, proficient, cost effective medical care benefits the people of our community.

Open Door Community Health Centers

Open Door Community Health Centers provides quality medical, dental, and mental health care and health education to all regardless of financial, geographic, or social barriers. Starting as a single clinic in 1971, Open Door now has community health centers across Humboldt and Del Norte counties serving two thirds of the population of the North Coast.
